Questions

How do I restore Verse Daily+ or a pack on a new phone?

Open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchases. On iPhone, sign in with the same Apple ID you bought with; on Android, with the same Google account.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Verse Daily, then tap Cancel. On Android, open the Google Play app → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Verse Daily, then tap Cancel. You keep Plus until the end of the period you've paid for.

Can hint and shield packs be restored?

No. Hint and shield packs are used up on the device you bought them on and can't be moved or restored. The subscription, All Packs, the Christmas and Easter packs and the theme pack can be restored.

What is a Streak Shield?

If you miss a day, a shield is used automatically so your streak continues. Shields cover missed days, not lost puzzles.

Why did the app change without a store update?

Verse Daily can download small updates, such as new content and fixes, when you open it. The update is used the next time you start the app. See the Privacy Policy for what the update check sends.

I was charged by mistake. How do I get a refund?

Apple or Google Play handles all payments and refunds. On iPhone, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, follow Google Play's refund steps.
